GenWell Weekend – Spring and Fall

GenWell Weekends are weekends when The GenWell Project encourages people across Canada and around the world to reach out to friends, family, neighbours, classmates and colleagues and get connected face to face to experience the mental and physical benefits of doing so. There is no cost to participate, and those who do get all the benefits. Individuals, families, communities,  classrooms and businesses can register their intention to get connected at www.GenWellWeekend.org, and together, we can make the world a happier and healthier place one face-to-face conversation at a time. Sometimes we need a reminder, and excuse and a catalyst to make it happen.
