Selections Career Support Services is an Edmonton-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in volunteer and employment settings. Selections has been serving Edmonton and area since 1979. A leader in the disability services field, Selections supports individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their career choices while connecting with and making valuable contributions to their communities. Centered on the dignity and self-worth of the individual, Selections was the first employment service to adopt a community-based model. Selections continues to maintain its focus on authentic inclusion and workplace diversity to this day.
