In its 13th year of operation, the Ontario Early Years Centres (OEYC) is a FREE provincially funded program that provides programs and service to families with children aged birth to 6 years. Programs include play-based learning opportunities, parenting support, school readiness, early literacy support, healthy child development, recreation opportunities, information and referral to other family support agencies.
