Mission
The mission of Valley EFAP is to reduce human suffering, build stronger families and encourage safety and health at the workplace and in the community.
Valley Employee and Family Assistance Program is a community-based employee benefit program that provides employees and dependents with confidential and professional counselling, coaching and information in addressing personal concerns and life issues.

Our trained counsellors can address work and life issues affecting employees’ emotional and psychological well-being, such as:
* Relationship Conflict
* Family and Parenting Issues
* Psychological/Emotional Issues (Stress, Depression, Anxiety)
* Addiction (Alcohol, Drug, Gambling)
* Grief & Loss
* Trauma & Crisis Counselling
* Financial Concerns

We are a non-profit community based organization focused on intervention, prevention and wellness.
