Twelve Canada extends a homebase of young community facilitators to organizations ready to take participatory action.

Twelve Canada facilitators use their experience, skills, and wisdom to help organizations to learn together, evaluate their impact, and engage the human desire for relationship and community.

Our homebase of young facilitators receives on-going training, coaching, and community support from the Twelve Canada team—we make sure that they don’t have to do their work alone.

We believe that our young facilitators help people to do the deep, personal work that opens organizations up to new ways of working and opportunities for impact.
