It is the mandate of The Elora Singers to present choral music to communities both at home and beyond
through outreach, education, its regular concert series, broadcasts, touring and recordings; to promote
the development of Canada’s musical culture by presenting and collaborating with Canadian artists and
by commissioning; and performing Canadian music; and, to create an environment in which artistic
excellence is achieved.

The Elora Singers, founded in 1980 by Artistic Director Noel Edison, Order of Ontario and Queen’s Jubilee
Award recipient, is an all-professional Grammy and JUNO nominated chamber choir known for its rich,
warm sound and clarity of texture.

The Elora Singers is widely praised as the finest chamber choir in Canada.
