Sunshine Coast Sea Cavalcade Society

We put on an annual community festival in late July of every year for the communities of the lower Sunshine Coast. 2017 will be the 49th year of this festival! Our celebrated annual events include a community parade, family day activities, stage shows of local dance groups and entertainers, a Kid’s fishing derby, a community pancake breakfast, a mile run competition, a Keat’s Island swim competition , a family street dance, a street set-up of booths and vendors and artists and a fantastic fireworks show in Gibsons Harbour. Each year we gather together a program that promises thrills and fond memories for everyone who attends.
