St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke

St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke, part of Thrive Group, is a not-for-profit 210 bed long-term care residence located on the west mountain in Hamilton. The home opened in 2004 and offers quality care in a home-like environment, nurturing body, mind and spirit. Staff delivers care and services based on individual care plans that emphasize best practices and resident-centred care. We are honoured to have won The Hamilton Spectator’s 2016 Readers’ Choice Diamond Award.
