Social Planning Council of the North Okanagan

We are a non-profit society founded in 1969, dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents in our community. Our vision is a community in which everyone has an equal voice in identifying social issues and in offering sustainable solution. The main funder for social planning services is the City of Vernon so the scope of day-to-day activities is within the geographic boundaries of the City of Vernon.
