North Shore Health Network Foundation

The North Shore Health Network Foundation supports the three rural hospital sites of the North Shore Health Network (NSHN) in replacing ageing medical equipment, purchasing new technologies, and funding patient services. The NSHN sites are located in Blind River, Thessalon, and Richards Landing; collectively, they provide health care to a catchment area stretched 160km along the north shore of Lake Huron. The Foundation’s mission is to provide sustainable support to the NSHN by educating the community on health care needs. The Foundation’s efforts are vital to the quality of local health care patients receive; it raises monies through donor programs and hosting fundraising events.
