The Ice on Whyte Festival Society produces the Ice on Whyte Festival in January/February. The Festival began in 2003 as an ice carving exhibit and has grown to include an International Ice Carving Competition, school programs, live music, outdoor winter play, food, hot beverages plus an amazing Canada 150 celebration in 2017.
