The Friends of Pippy Park is an incorporated, non-profit society founded in 1984. The purpose of the organization is to promote Pippy Park, enrich the experiences for visitors to the park, and sponsor projects to further the objectives of the Park. The Friends are a helpful, support group who want to ensure the prosperity and enhancement of the Park by encouraging its maximum appreciation and sustainable use by the largest number of people.
