Dan Snook Trust Foundation (Dan’s Legacy)

The Dan Snook Trust Foundation (Dan’s Legacy) provides therapeutic counselling and life-skills programs to youth battling mental health and addictions issues resulting from childhood trauma and abuse. Our clients are youth aged 15 – 25 who are at significant risk of overdose, self-harm, homelessness and suicide. Because the focus of our counselling and life-skills programs is based on Harm Prevention, the threat of living with entrenched addictions is significantly reduced. In the past three years, we have helped over 150 youth learn to self-regulate, choose an abstinence lifestyle and meet their housing, education and life goals.
