Clean Annapolis River Project (CARP) is a charitable non-profit organization with a mission to enhance the ecological health of the Annapolis River watershed through science, leadership and community engagement. CARP was established in 1990, and currently operates out of Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. CARP’s activities include a broad range of environmental monitoring, restoration and stewardship work, as well as public outreach and education on environmental issues.
