Art City is a not-for-profit community art centre dedicated to providing people of all ages (with a focus on underserved children & youth) with high-quality art programming, free-of-charge. Art City’s primary goal is to provide the opportunity and a safe environment for anyone who wishes to express themself creatively.

Art City’s work is based on the philosophy that creative self-expression through the arts has the power to transform lives and communities, and that access to opportunities to engage with cultural practices is a basic human right. Art City also believes that artists are change agents in society and are highly undervalued in our culture. Art City brings these two elements together with miraculous results.
