Official Launch: Expanding our home as centre for SDGs in Canada’s Capital

Impact Hub Ottawa and Community Foundations of Canada are excited to be hosting an open house to launch and celebrate our expansion to another floor at 123 Slater. 

We invite you to join us Friday, September 27 at 8:30 a.m. in welcoming and meeting all the co-stewards and members moving in who are actively addressing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from a local to global level. Co Stewards and members include:

We are hosting our open house during Global Goals Week, a global week to come together in honour of commitments made to the SDGs and leaving no one behind. From Sept. 21–30 government, businesses, individuals, international organizations, and civil society will meet at the UN General Assembly in New York City and in places around the world to help accelerate SDG action.

We will be encouraging #Act4SDGs, including inviting participants to join the Global Climate Strike kicking off following the event and we look forward to sharing some exciting upcoming projects and programs to further expand our Hub as a centre for our city and nation on action towards Agenda 2030.
