VIBE ARTS (VIBE) provides opportunities for youth in under-resourced communities to engage meaningfully in free high quality arts education. VIBE was created 20 years ago as the Founder believed that no child should be deprived of the creative spark that comes from early exposure to the arts simply because of financial circumstance. We have 6 full-time, 6 part-time employees and over 45 volunteers.Last year alone, VIBE offered over 200 programs and introduced art to over 5,000 youth.Programming typically runs for 8 weeks in each venue and includes visual arts, dance, African drumming, sewing, beat boxing, photography, etc.
