Telling Tales is a year-round commitment to promoting literacy and inspiring a love of reading. We are building a community dedicated to raising readers by showcasing the best that Canada has to offer for young people through storytelling, writing, illustrating and music. Telling Tales launches in May with the announcement of the lineup and corresponding reading list promotes the works of those coming to the festival all summer long and then peaks at our signature festival in September.
