Our Vision: PCFSA will be a leading provider of family service programs in identified communities within the Capital Regional District. We will proactively develop and deliver a portfolio of programs, balanced with the needs of identified communities. Our interventions will result in healthier and safer patterns of living. We will maintain and develop strong ties with our community stakeholders and use our influence in their best interests.
