Founded in 2007 by The Fellowship of Man, humanitarian award recipient David Blackmore. As the founding director of one of Canada’s largest modern education and employment projects David and his team developed new delivery models for programs. NewArts programs are based on many of these these evidence based approaches which had an 86% success rate.
