WATER FIRST

Water First was established in 2009 with a mandate to address water challenges in First Nations communities through education, training and meaningful collaboration.

Over the past 4 years Water First has partnered with 35 First Nations on a variety of water education and training projects. We focus on building skills and providing tools to support First Nations communities to address water challenges independently. We also run workshops for youth with hands-on learning activities in schools, labs and on traditional lands.
