Nanaimo Women’s Resources Society

The Nanaimo Women’s Resources Society seeks to strengthen the community through providing support to women and their families. We work from a strength based perspective to help women move forward and identify goals and strategies for moving forward. We provide support around a number of themes including parenting, tenancy, sexual exploitation, and issues around poverty and housing. We provide direct support, resource referrals and programming that provides individuals and families opportunities for growth and the development of leadership skills.
