Whistler Remembrance Place

The Cenotaph Relocation working group is a citizen led committee working in partnership with Whistler Rotary Club Foundation. The working committee was formed solely for the purpose of seeing Whistler’s cenotaph moved to a more accessible, respectful location. Whistler Rotary Club Foundation is a non profit service organization with a focus on fellowship and service to the community and world projects. Rotary initiatives include providing annual scholarships to the Whistler High School graduates, lead group in providing forestry interpretive signage and trail maintenance projects. Rotary has built special chairs for Whistler Olympic Plaza and a cabin for the district scouts.
